Grilled Lion's Mane

INGREDIENTS
however many Lion’s Mane mushrooms you’d like
dry or liquid seasoning of your choice
INSTRUCTIONS
Break your mushrooms up into medium-sized pieces, and add to a bowl.
Add seasoning, and let sit.
Heat up the grill to a high heat.
Add mushrooms (we prefer using skewers or a grill basked to keep them from falling through the grate)
Cook until the mushrooms look crispy, usually less than 5 minutes.
NOTE:
The higher the heat, the faster you can cook your ‘shrooms, the better the taste will be! You don’t want to char them, but some nice crispy bits are always a good sign.
If you’re using wooden or bamboo skewers, remember to soak them in water for 20 minutes before you use them!
