Chestnut Mushroom Recipes
Chestnut Mushrooms are undeniably the cutest mushrooms we grow. The great thing is that the stems on these ‘shrooms are tender enough that they can be chopped, cooked, and eaten alongside the caps. Our favorite easy way to eat Chestnuts is sautéed on top of spaghetti with alfredo sauce.
